Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated. Please check your exchange vouchers for accuracy when you receive them as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

https://www.broadticket.com/("SELLER") acts as an agent only and has no control over the event.

Tickets sold are subject to the rules and regulations of the event organizer/venue, which are available on request.

The event organizer/venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, to refuse admission and to request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break.

Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
If the ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than SELLER, the event organizer/venue or one of the authorized sub-agents, it will become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.

The purchaser must give the correct name and billing address for the selected payment method. If these details are not correct, we reserve the right not to process the booking.
SELLER and any associated company or authorized sub-agent cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the purchaser or their associates/agents in relation to event cancellation or non-appearance. Travel, accommodation, meals and all other ancillary products whether purchased or not purchased via the ticket supplier are purchased solely at the risk of the ticket purchaser and are not deemed to be connected to the event ticket or the ticket supplier (except when sold as a package that includes specific product content, i.e. restaurant & theatre ticket).


All ticket prices quoted on-line or by phone are inclusive of any taxes, venue restoration fees and booking fees. In the event that an additional handling charge applies, the fee will be displayed or quoted separately at the time of booking. Regardless, the purchaser will be charged one total price per order, inclusive of any taxes, venue restoration fees, booking fees, and handling charge.

Ticket Collection

SELLER will issue an exchange voucher for each set of tickets to each event purchased. The exchange voucher will include all pertinent information relating to ticket collection. For theatre, all tickets will be held at the venue box office for collection no less than 30 minutes prior to curtain, but purchasers are encouraged to examine their exchange vouchers for specific event/venue exchange instructions.


Exchange vouchers will be issued at the time of sale or no later than 2 business days from the time of sale in instances when SELLER are having to request tickets or availability from a particular venue, as in an instance where normal allocations of tickets have been depleted or availability must be confirmed with the venue.

Wrong Address 
Please note that we are not responsible for customers who provide us with a wrong delivery address (electronic or physical mailing address). No refunds or exchanges will be provided if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package or undeliverable email. Once orders are placed, any address change for packages that are mailed will incur a minimum $1.00 change fee, which you hereby authorize by making a purchase on this site, and broadticket.com will automatically charge you this amount without additional notification.

Cancellations and Refunds - Individual Tickets

SELLER shall immediately notify the users who purchased tickets/vouchers from the site when the tickets/vouchers cannot be delivered or fulfilled for any reason. The purchase shall be canceled and reimbursement procedure will be taken within the three days from the time of purchase or the date of the determination that the purchased goods cannot be delivered.


Ticket Cancellations / Change and Refunds

  1. For broadway tickets only, you can cancel it until 8 days prior to performance day. If you cancel, tax&fees (include processing fees) + 20% of total price will be deducted for cancel fees. If you insured, the 20% cancellation fee will be waived. For other tickets, BroadTicket.com receives access to tickets and special offers that in many cases are not available to the general public. Due to this special direct connection interface and contractual obligation, we are required to adhere to strict policies and procedures. Therefore, we are unable to make changes to, or provide refunds for, any show tickets.
  2. For broadway tickets you can change date until 8 days prior to performance day. The processing fees for change is 20% of total price. For other tickets, due to this special direct connection interface and contractual obligation, we are required to adhere to strict policies and procedures. Therefore, we are unable to make changes to, or provide refunds for, any show tickets.
  3. Insurance : Cancel fee(20%) will be waived for accepted cancel order.
  4. For discount tickets for non-musicals, tickets are non-refundable and cancellation, changing the show time and a later use is not allowed.

All group tickets(special rate) are sold as final sale and are non-refundable.


SELLER controls and operates this Site from its offices within New Jersey, and the United States. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under New Jersey law without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this Site must be brought in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
